More rain with isolated heavy downpours is expected in Karachi, Hyderabad, and various parts of Sindh on Monday night and Tuesday, with occasional gaps.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), strong monsoon currents from the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal are moving into central and southern Pakistan and are likely to affect the upper regions from tonight.
Under these conditions, rainfall is anticipated in Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Qamber Shahdadkot, Dadu, Ghotki, Tharparkar, Mirpur Khas, Sanghar, Umarkot, Naushehro Feroze, Jamshoro, Thatta, Badin, Sajawal, Karachi, and Hyderabad on Monday night, with heavy falls possible in Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Qambar Shahdadkot, and Dadu.
On Tuesday, more intermittent rain is likely in Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Khairpur, Kashmore, Qamber Shahdadkot, Dadu, Ghotki, Shaheed Benazirabad, Tharparkar, Sanghar, Naushero Feroze, Jamshoro, Karachi, and Hyderabad. Heavy rainfall may also occur in Sukkur, Shikarpur, Ghotki, Larkana, Jacobabad, Qambar Shahdadkot, and Jamshoro.
These heavy rains may lead to flash flooding in local nullahs and streams in Jacobabad, Qamber Shahdadkot, Larkana, Dadu, and Jamshoro. Widespread rain could also cause urban flooding in low-lying areas of Sukkur, Kashmore, Ghotki, Shikarpur, and Khairpur.
Karachi’s maximum temperature is expected to range between 32-34°C on Tuesday and 31-33°C on Wednesday.
In Hyderabad, the maximum temperature is also expected to range between 32-34°C on Tuesday and 31-33°C on Wednesday.
In the last 24 hours, rain, wind, and thundershowers have been reported in Karachi and other parts of Sindh.

Thatta and Mithi remained the hottest places in the province where the maximum temperature was recorded at 35°C.
In Karachi, maximum temperature was recorded at 33°C. Relative humidity in the evening was recorded at 92 per cent.
In Hyderabad, maximum temperature was recorded at 34°C. Relative humidity in the evening was recorded at 88 per cent.
