Karachi: A motorcyclist was killed in Karachi's Manghopir area after being struck by a water tanker.
The fatal incident has once again highlighted the rising number of deadly accidents involving heavy vehicles in the city.
According to police, the victim has not yet been identified. The accident occurred when a speeding water tanker reportedly collided with the motorcycle near a busy intersection in Manghopir. Eyewitnesses reported that the impact was so severe the motorcyclist died instantly.
Authorities quickly arrived at the scene and impounded the water tanker. However, the driver fled immediately and remains at large. Police have launched an investigation and are actively searching for the suspect.
