ISLAMABAD: The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has arrested two individuals during separate operations in Islamabad and Quetta as part of its ongoing efforts to curb cyber-related offenses.
According to the spokesperson, the NCCIA team in Islamabad apprehended one suspect who was impersonating a woman on social media to obtain explicit content. A mobile phone and a suspicious SIM card were recovered from his possession.
On the other hand, the NCCIA has arrested the accused involved in blackmailing the woman from Quetta Airport Road, videos and photos of the woman have been recovered from the accused's mobile.
Earlier, Karachi Police have arrested a man accused of harassing a woman during recent heavy rains in the city.
According to police, the suspect has been identified as Hafizullah, who allegedly harassed a passerby woman amid flooding and rainfall.
The incident was captured on video and later went viral on social media.
