Rehma Zaman is an emerging Pakistani actress in the drama industry. She gained recognition for her role in the drama "Mannat Murad," earning praise from fans for her energy, looks, and on-screen presence. Before her entertainment career, Rehma was a National-level athlete, participating in High Jump and Badminton for Pakistan. Despite representing the country internationally, she shifted to the entertainment industry due to the challenging conditions in sports.

Rehma recently appeared in a show where she discussed the challenges faced by newcomers. She disclosed encountering negativity from some actors who questioned her choice of side roles, suggesting she would never secure lead roles if she continued in supporting cast positions. Rehma emphasized that while such advice could be given positively, she observed a lack of positivity in the industry.

She also revealed that “she has observed that if you are an ill-mannered and rude person, you will get better roles and more work and if you are well-mannered, you will keep getting sidelined and this has happened to her as well.”

Rehma also advises people to “cut off toxicity from their surroundings. If someone is toxic to you and try to pull you down then you need to stay away from them and you should surround yourself with positivity.”
