On the occasion of “Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir”, the Pakistan Armed Forces, including Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, Chief of Naval Staff, and Chief of Air Staff, have once again expressed their full support for the people of Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to ISPR, the military stands firmly with the courageous and determined people of Kashmir in their rightful struggle for freedom. They said Kashmiris have the right to self-determination under international law and United Nations resolutions.
ISPR also condemned the continued military siege, human rights violations, and demographic changes in occupied Kashmir, calling them clear violations of international law. It warned that India’s aggressive actions and provocative statements are increasing instability and human suffering in the region.
The Armed Forces emphasized that lasting peace in South Asia is not possible without a just and peaceful resolution of the Kashmir dispute based on the wishes of the Kashmiri people.
Pakistan’s military also paid tribute to the martyrs of Kashmir and pledged to continue standing by the Kashmiri people in their fight for freedom.
