If you’ve ever felt frustrated after receiving a traffic fine you didn’t deserve, there's now a simple way to fix it. PSCA has introduced an email-based complaint system. All you need to do is email your complaint to [email protected], along with a clear photo of the e-challan, your vehicle’s registration number, and a short note explaining the issue.
Once your complaint lands in their inbox, PSCA’s team will look into it. If they confirm that the e-challan was issued by mistake, they’ll cancel it—no long lines, no office visits.
