Eligibility criteria include non-Chinese citizenship, good health, and age-appropriate qualifications for the chosen program. Age limits are specified for undergraduates (25), master's programs (35), and Ph.D. programs (40).
Outstanding academic performance, proficiency in Chinese (HSK4), and meeting language requirements are essential. Applicants with existing Chinese government or organizational scholarships are ineligible, and meeting university and program entry requirements is crucial.
