Car owners in Punjab will soon have the option to personalize their number plates, all thanks to a new initiative by the Excise & Taxation department that offers various categories.
Recognizing that many drivers prefer distinctive and stylish registration plates, the government has introduced this customization option as a way to generate additional revenue.

If you want to apply for a customized number plate for your vehicle, you’ll need a valid driving license and must fulfill the other requirements set by the Punjab Excise Department.
