KARACHI: Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has announced the results of 10th class of General Group (Regular and Private) and results of 9th and 10th classes of Hearing and Speech impaired students, Annual Examinations 2024.
All three top positions in General Group (Regular) have been obtained by the students of Iqra-e-Huffaz Girls Secodary School.
Laiba, daughter of Mohammad Waseem, has stood the first by securing 88.4 percentage, Habeeba, daughter of Munir Ahmad, got the second position by receiving 8.18 percentage and Anshira, daughter of Mohammad Taufeeq stood the third by obtaining 88.09 percentage.
16,131 candidates participated in the examinations of General Group (Regular and Private). The percentage of success in Regular Group examinations stood at 62.65 per
Among the successful candidates, 93 candidates have secured A-One Grade, 846 A Grade, 2085 B Grade, 2581 C Grade, 1056 D Grade and 27 got E Grade.
However, the success rate in General Group (Private) was 51.43%. Among the successful candidates, eight have obtained A-One Grade, 192 A Grade, 789 B Grade, 1268 C Grade, 537 D Grade and 12 got E Grade.
The overall success ratio in all General Regular and Private was 58.86%.
Among Hearing and Speech impaired students, Amjad Azam, son of Mohammad Azam, has stood the first with 87.45 percentage, Maryam Bibi, daughter of Tanveer Ahmad obtained the second position by getting 89.36 percentage and Taha Ahmad, son of Asal Ahmad, gained the third position with 89.00 percentage.
All these positions have achieved by students of Diva Academy for the Deaf, Block 3 Gulshan Iqbal.
