Zoya recounted, “My mother was kidnapped near our home. They forced her out of her car, but she calmly told them, ‘I don’t know my way around here, and I might get lost or hurt. Please drop me near my house.’” This event occurred around 2 AM when her mother was returning home. Despite being in danger, she stayed calm and tried to handle the situation rationally.
Zoya added, “At the time, my mother was talking to her uncle on the phone. Cleverly, she threw her phone under the car seat and narrated everything loudly, ensuring the police could trace her location.” Her mother also described nearby landmarks like a mosque and a canal to guide the authorities. The police successfully located and rescued her, recovering the car and apprehending the dacoits.
However, the story took an unexpected turn when Zoya’s mother learned that the criminals were students facing personal hardships. “My mother forgave them,” Zoya revealed. She even helped one of them arrange a wedding for his sister. “She provided a dowry and gifts,” Zoya shared, highlighting her mother's compassion.
Zoya also shared her views on love, explaining, “You know when you look forward to their messages or thinking about them makes you smile. You get butterflies when it’s time to meet them,” calling it a true sign of love.
