Suzuki Swift GLX CVT price hike in Pakistan - check new rate

The price of the Suzuki Swift GLX CVT in Pakistan has risen significantly, now reaching Rs5.429 million.

This represents a 6.3% increase from its previous price of Rs5.125 million, marking the second hike in a month for this popular car model.

What's causing this uptick in price? The primary factor is the heightened sales tax on locally assembled vehicles, which was elevated from 18% to 25% for vehicles with an invoice price (excluding sales tax) exceeding Rs 4 million on March 8.

Additionally, escalating costs of raw materials have also contributed to the overall increase in price, impacting consumers' budgets and purchasing decisions.
