The Educational Visa program offers both long and short-term options. The one-year long-term visa caters to students interested in comprehensive academic research and visits to Saudi Arabia.
Conversely, the renewable six-month short-term visa is designed for various educational purposes.
Applicants can easily explore the myriad of educational programs and universities through the user-friendly "Study in Saudi" portal. The collaboration between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Visa Service and the portal has streamlined the visa application process, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

International students holding educational visas will benefit from various facilities, including seamless entry into diverse educational programs, multiple entries and exits, and the option to extend short-term visas for up to a year.
Notably, the requirement for a sponsor for educational visa holders has been eliminated.
