New petrol, diesel prices announced for August 2025

The United Arab Emirates has slightly lowered petrol and diesel prices for August 2025.

The country had removed government control over fuel prices ten years ago to match them with international rates. Since then, fuel prices have been updated every month. New petrol prices in the UAE will start from August 1.

The price of Super 98 petrol has been reduced to Dh2.69 per litre, down from Dh2.70 in July.

Price of Special 95 petrol is now Dh2.57 per litre, slightly lower than the previous rate of Dh2.58. E-Plus 91 petrol will cost Dh2.50 per litre, compared to the earlier price of Dh2.51. Diesel will now be priced at Dh2.78 per litre, which is higher than the previous rate of Dh2.63.
