Barrister Gohar, Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), dismissed rumors about the health of PTI founder during a media briefing on Monday following his meeting with TI founder at Adiala Jail.
He confirmed that PTI founder is in good health and described the speculations regarding his condition as unfounded.
Gohar also mentioned that the grand operation against PTI workers at D-Chowk was discussed during their meeting.
He expressed gratitude to those who responded to the party’s Final Call for protests and revealed that PTI founder has instructed PTI lawmakers to address the D-Chowk issue in both houses of Parliament.
Responding to questions, Gohar stated that PTI founder would announce the party's future strategy in due time.
Earlier, on Sunday, sources at Adiala Jail also confirmed that PTI founder is in good health, contradicting reports of his alleged transfer to another location. They disclosed that he is housed in a cell within the New Town Police Station jurisdiction and undergoes daily medical checkups, which confirm his blood pressure and sugar levels are normal.
PTI founder maintains his fitness through regular exercise twice a day, and the jail authorities are adhering to all jail manual guidelines, ensuring his well-being with proper care for his diet and overall comfort.
