ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi took important decisions to make Islamabad a world-class city in upcoming years.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has banned the purchase of petrol motorcycles in the federal capital and said that in order to reduce environmental pollution. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will buy only electric bikes in the future and eco-friendly electric buses will be run for the citizens of Islamabad.
He said that international standard emergency services will be provided to the citizens of Islamabad and it has been decided to transfer the emergency services from Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad to CDA.
According to the Minister of Interior, the establishment of Capital WASA will also be implemented soon and the related issues for the establishment of Capital Waste Management Company will be finalized soon.

Earlier, Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad canceled the arrest warrant of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur.
Chief Minister KP Ali Amin Gandapur filed an application for suspension of the ongoing warrant in the case registered in Police Station I-9 and surrendered it before the court.
