Mickey Rourke is pursuing legal action against “Celebrity Big Brother UK” after his early exit from the reality show. The actor, known for his outspoken nature, claims the show failed to pay a previously agreed-upon fee and is now seeking compensation through legal channels.

In a statement, Rourke's manager, Kimberly Hines, said, "There's no question that when Big Brother booked Mickey Rourke, they were fully aware of both his public persona and how it aligned with his Hollywood rebel image."

She said the show expected Rourke to be explosive, controversial, and attention-grabbing—and confirmed that he delivered exactly that.

Hines criticized the show's handling of Rourke's presence and exit, calling it disrespectful. She said the producers failed to manage the situation professionally, chose to take it too far, publicly embarrassed him, and used his removal as a marketing tool.

Hines also stated that “Big Brother” used Rourke’s well-known personality to generate publicity but later turned it against him. She revealed that the show is now refusing to pay Rourke his full agreed-upon fee, and confirmed that his legal team is actively handling the matter.
