Former actress Noor Bukhari has expressed her frustration after receiving a notice from the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) for distributing food to the underprivileged outside her residence.
Taking to Instagram, Noor shared a copy of the notice, which cited complaints from residents, stating that the food distribution was causing "inconvenience to neighboring residents." The notice also warned her of possible action if she continued to violate DHA regulations.
Reacting to the situation, Noor took a dig at her neighbors, blaming them for the complaint. She wrote in her Instagram story, "What great neighbors I have—feeling at peace after stopping food for the poor. I will arrange to distribute it elsewhere, but what have you gained, neighbor?"
Noor Bukhari, who left the entertainment industry in 2017, is known for her candid social media presence. The former actress had a successful career in Pakistani cinema, starring in films like Mujhe Chand Chahiye, Jannat, and Tere Pyar Mein.
