Gaza: Israeli military operations resulted in the deaths of three Palestinians in separate incidents across the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian medical and security officials.
Among the victims was journalist Mahmoud Wadi, who was reportedly struck by an Israeli drone while working in the central area of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
Wadi’s father, Issam Wadi, described the strike as “an earthquake that struck the tent,” expressing grief over the loss of his son, who was also a friend and photographer. “Mahmoud was photographing in a safe area, but the Israelis respect no pledges or promises,” Issam Wadi told Anadolu.
In addition, medical staff at Gaza’s Al-Ahli Hospital reported the death of a young man in the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City, believed to have been shot dead by Israeli fire. Civil Defense teams recovered another young man’s body in the Bureij refugee camp, also killed by Israeli forces.
The Israeli military stated that troops in southern Gaza shot and killed two individuals they described as "terrorists" who approached soldiers crossing the "Yellow Line." In northern Gaza, a drone strike reportedly killed another individual labeled as a "terrorist" after crossing the same boundary.

International media and human rights organizations have condemned the Israeli military’s targeting of Palestinian journalists, accusing Israel of deliberately attacking media personnel to cover up its actions in Gaza. Despite calls from global voices for an end to such strikes, Israel has reportedly ignored these appeals.
The ongoing violence comes amid a fragile ceasefire that took effect on October 10 under U.S. President Donald Trump’s Gaza plan, halting two years of Israeli attacks that have killed over 70,000 Palestinians, primarily women and children.
However, reports indicate that Israel has repeatedly violated the ceasefire by opening fire on Palestinian civilians in areas it does not control.
Palestinian authorities continue to hold Hamas accountable to the ceasefire terms, with the group asserting full compliance and calling on the U.S. to exert pressure on Israel to do the same. Since the ceasefire, Gaza’s Health Ministry reports at least 356 Palestinians have been killed and over 900 injured in ongoing Israeli attacks.
Netanyahu asked Trump for more help securing pardon in criminal trial:
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asked U.S. President Donald Trump for his continued assistance in ensuring that President Isaac Herzog agrees to grant him a pardon, in a telephone conversation on Monday, according to Axios.

Netanyahu on Sunday submitted an official request to Herzog for a pardon in his long-running corruption trial.
Two senior American officials quoted by Axios said that Trump "believes he has done everything he can on the matter" and that the president "thinks the pardon request will work out," but did not commit to taking further steps.
According to the report, a senior Israeli official noted that it was Trump who raised the issue of the pardon in the conversation and that the two leaders agreed to continue discussing the matter in the near future.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to visit the White House in a few weeks.
