American Couple Spends Millions Annually to Live Until Aged 150

Kayla Barnes-Lentz and Warren Lentz, a couple from California, are making tremendous efforts to make sure they live long, healthy lives together, with the lofty objective of living until the age of 150.

Kayla, 33, who has always been passionate about health, stated, “I don’t want to live forever, but I want to live as long as possible with my husband.” While her personal goal is to reach 120 years, she is primarily focused on sustaining optimal health.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF) and exercise are how they start their day at home. “Warren wakes up a little earlier than I do, but we both prioritise our morning workouts and getting sun as soon as it peaks up,” Kayla explained, adding that they use a clinical-grade PEMF device in the mornings.

The American couple take turns using a hyperbaric chamber in the afternoons, which can only treat one person at a time. With organic meals and a walk after dinner, evenings are also highly regimented. “We are in bed by 9 p.m. every night,” she added.

The couple’s health-focused lifestyle extends to their plans for future children, with Kayla stating, “We will try and simplify their lives... with no screen time, playing outdoors, getting dirty, being in nature and the sun.”
