Xiaomi’s rise can be attributed to its refreshed product range and enhanced marketing efforts. The brand’s Redmi 13 and Note 13 series have gained immense popularity in key markets such as India, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Meanwhile, Apple saw a decline in sales during August as many consumers delayed their purchases in anticipation of the upcoming iPhone models. This drop gave Xiaomi the opportunity to take the top spot in sales. However, Apple is expected to recover quickly with the launch of the iPhone 16 series.
The new models, including the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max, will boast cutting-edge technology and come in fresh color choices, likely driving a surge in sales. Despite Xiaomi’s recent growth, Apple is anticipated to reclaim its position soon with these highly awaited releases.
