A trusted source of Samsung leaks has shared details about the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip FE and Galaxy Z Flip 7, expected to launch in 2025.
The Galaxy Z Flip FE is rumored to feature the Exynos 2400e chipset, the same processor used in the Galaxy S24 FE in specific regions. This aligns with earlier reports suggesting that Samsung plans to equip the Galaxy Z Flip FE with the Exynos 2400, a powerful yet cost-efficient alternative to Snapdragon processors.
Samsung’s strategy with the Galaxy Z Flip FE focuses on affordability, offering the key features of a foldable device at a more accessible price. Using in-house Exynos chipsets, Samsung can keep production costs down, making foldable technology available to a broader audience.
For the next-generation Galaxy Z Flip 7, the source revealed it will debut with the new Exynos 2500 chipset. This marks a potential shift for Samsung’s foldable lineup, which currently relies on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipsets for models like the Z Flip 6 and Fold 6.
As Samsung moves towards adopting its Exynos processors across a broader range of devices, the Galaxy Z Flip FE and Z Flip 7 could set the stage for the company’s evolving approach to foldable smartphones. Fans eagerly await more updates as the anticipated 2025 launch approaches.
