In the past few years, he has experienced significant personal challenges, including a divorce from his ex-wife Kiran Ashfaque Hussein Dar. They have been co-parenting their son, Roham Imran, with a focus on prioritizing his well-being, which has had a positive effect on the child.

He shared that “Roham is his life so taking care of him is not difficult. He also mentioned that Roham has both his and his mother’s support and therefore he has a very good childhood. Roham is his blessing and he loves spending time with him and he is grateful to Allah for this blessing.”
