Recently, she appeared in an interview on BBC Asian Network, hosted by Haroon Rasheed. In the interview, Hania Aamir responded to questions about the unnecessary social media trolling she faces on the internet.
Talking about it, Hania Aamir said, “The hateful comments don’t affect me, you have to learn to keep the trolling separate. Social Media, these comments, see! I have previously talked about it, I will again say that if my manager and my mother will say anything, I will listen to it because they matter to me as they have seen me grow, their opinion matters to me. People can have opinions, they can tell me things they like in me, they can have an opinion about my looks, but why should I have to listen to that? Yes, their opinions should not be too harsh, but even if it is, it can hurt me for a while but it won’t bother me also the trollers are very few in numbers, I have to dig out the negative comments in my Instagram after fifty good comments”.
