Discussing Balochistan, the PPP co-chairman pledged to safeguard the rights of the province's residents. He noted that although the provincial budget had been increased fourfold, its impact was not visible anywhere.
Zardari expressed optimism that with improvements in the law and order situation in Hub, investors would be drawn to the region, leading to prosperity similar to that of Karachi.
He concluded by emphasizing that the survival of Balochistan is intricately linked to democracy and urged for an explanation to those who have chosen armed struggle as a means of addressing issues.
