Aashir Wajahat and Hania Aamir have always shared a close friendship. They were often spotted together, and their fun moments—captured in videos and photos—frequently went viral. Hania shares a strong bond with the Wajahat Rauf family and has openly said that she considers Aashir and Nayel like family. Over time, both Hania and Aashir have grown in their respective careers and are now focused on their projects.
A few years ago, a video featuring Aashir, Nayel, and Hania stirred controversy online. Many viewers criticized the clip, calling it inappropriate. Since then, the trio hasn't been seen together publicly as often—at least not on social media.
Recently, Aashir appeared on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast, where he opened up about why he isn’t seen as much with his celebrity friends, including Hania. He revealed that a well-known actor once gave him advice: if he kept appearing with famous people, the audience would only see him as someone who hangs out with stars—not as a star in his own right. The actor encouraged Aashir to focus on his craft and let his talent speak for itself. Aashir took that advice to heart. He’s still close to his celebrity friends but now chooses to keep those moments private while putting his energy into building his own identity through his work.
This is what he shared:
