The date for the 12th Rabi’ al-Awwal was determined after the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee meeting in Islamabad. The meeting, held two days prior and chaired by Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, included representatives from SUPARCO, the Meteorological Department, and the Ministry of Science and Technology.
