The Pakistan Army as given a strong and immediate response to unprovoked firing by India along the Line of Control (LoC).
According to security sources, India opened unprovoked fire during the night on Pakistani posts in the Nakyal, Khoi Ratta, Sharda, Kail, Neelum, and Haji Pir sectors. In return, the Pakistan Army gave a befitting reply to the enemy’s aggression.
The Pakistan Army made it clear that it is fully prepared and determined to respond strongly to any act of aggression by the enemy.
Security sources further said that in the retaliatory action, Pakistan's forces effectively halted enemy activity at most of the firing points and successfully foiled their attacks.
Pakistan's military leadership has once again reiterated its firm commitment to defend the country’s borders and warned that no act of aggression by the enemy will go unanswered.
