Kimora Lee Simmons has shared that she has never used fillers and believes the growing trend of cosmetic treatments in Hollywood is often unnecessary.

In an interview, the 50-year-old model and reality star said that people should avoid going too far with surgery, fillers, or Botox. According to her, doing too much can change a person’s natural look. She advised taking things slowly and keeping beauty choices simple, saying that less is always better.

Kimora explained that as people grow older, their idea of beauty also changes. She believes aging is a natural process and there is no need to fight it by overdoing cosmetic procedures. Her personal rule, she said, is not to overdo anything.

She also shared that traveling has helped shape her view on beauty. Kimora said that when she visits different places, she notices that women around the world look different from one another, yet all are beautiful in their own way. This reminds her that everyone does not need to follow the same beauty trends.

While she personally avoids cosmetic work, Kimora made it clear that she does not judge those who choose to get it done. She said many of her friends and family members have had cosmetic treatments. However, she warned that when fillers or surgery are overdone, the results can look unnatural.

Kimora advised people to be careful, take things slowly, and avoid going to extremes. She added that beauty does not come from copying trends, and you do not need fillers or cosmetic procedures to look beautiful.
