Maryam Noor was a guest on a Morning show of Nida Yasir where she shared “how she lived with a horrible housemate when she came to Karachi for work from Lahore. She got a shared apartment with a girl she knew and who also wanted to join the industry at the time. Things were okay in the beginning but later on, that girl started being weird as she got herself a rich boyfriend. She would not respect Maryam’s rights and then left the apartment to go live with her man who had bought her a new apartment without even giving Maryam prior notice.”
Maryam revealed “It pissed her off and she asked her to take a full 2-month notice period. In return, her housemate left the apartment while she threw garbage and spoiled food in Maryam’s room and space. Thus Maryam advised all the newcomers to not get a place with anyone they do not already know.”
