President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have expressed their condolences over the passing of former US President Jimmy Carter.
According to details, the President conveyed his sympathy to Jimmy Carter’s family, the U.S. government, and the people, stating that the former US president’s contributions to global peace and human rights will be remembered.
Asif Ali Zardari expressed, "In this time of sorrow, my sympathies are with Jimmy Carter’s family."
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also expressed his grief over the death of the former U.S. president.
It is worth noting that Jimmy Carter, the 39th President of the United States and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, passed away yesterday at the age of 100.
Jimmy Carter served as the 39th President of the United States from 1977 to 1981. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts in promoting peace.
