ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court(IHC) ordered the removal of the name of former Federal Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari from the Exit Control List (ECL).
Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz heard the request to remove Shireen Mazari's name from ECL in Islamabad High Court, where Shireen Mazari appeared along with her lawyer.
National Accountability Bureau(NAB) Prosecutor Rafay Maqsood said that we had recommended removing Shireen Mazari's name from ECL in March itself.
According to Rafay Maqsood, Shireen Mazari is not an accused in the 190 million-pound scam case.
The Assistant Attorney General said that we also wrote a letter to the Prime Minister on March 27 and informed them that Shireen Mazari is not involved in this case.
Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz said that the cabinet has many other tasks, and we will do this work.

The court disposed of the petition ordering the removal of Shireen Mazari's name from the ECL.
