QUETTA: Earthquake tremors were felt in Turbat area of Kech district Balochistan province but no loss of life or property reported in the earthquake.
According to the seismological center, the magnitude of the earthquake was 4.2 and the depth was 35 km. The epicenter was 24 km northwest of Turbat.
Due to the earthquake, people came out of their houses reciting Kalima Tayyaba and panic spread.

There was no immediate report of any loss of life or property in the earthquake in Turbat.
Earlier, A 4.5 magnitude earthquake jolted Swat, and other parts of northwestern Pakistani province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
People in nearby cities felt tremors from an earthquake and came out of their homes reciting verses from the Quran.
Details shared by seismological center suggest intensity of the earthquake was recorded at 4.9 on the Richter scale, while the depth of the earthquake was at 215 km. The epicenter was Hindu Kush mountain range.
