TikTok star Khaby Lame becomes $975M mogul

Exclusive deal grants operational control of e-commerce, brand partnerships, and AI-powered campaigns.

The silent comedian whose minimalist reactions to convoluted life hacks captured the world’s imagination has now made a monumental leap from social media stardom to high-stakes business.

Khaby Lame, the 25-year-old Senegalese-Italian influencer with a colossal following of 160 million on TikTok, has sealed a transformative deal valued between $900 million and $975 million, solidifying his status as a digital-era mogul.

Before ascending to global fame, Khaby worked as a machine operator in a Turin factory. Losing that job became a pivotal turning point, propelling him into TikTok content creation where his unique, deadpan humor resonated with millions and established him as a cultural phenomenon.

Rich Sparkle Holdings has acquired Step Distinctive Limited, the firm managing Khaby’s commercial ventures, in a landmark transaction that grants the company exclusive operational control for three years.

The deal encompasses oversight of Khaby’s e-commerce ventures, TikTok Shop, livestream commerce, and brand collaborations, all while Khaby retains substantial ownership and strategic decision-making authority.

A striking element of the agreement includes the development of a hyper-realistic AI “Digital Twin” of Khaby, enabling brands to deploy simultaneous marketing campaigns and virtual endorsements, an innovation that underscores the convergence of technology and influencer-driven commerce.

This unprecedented deal positions Khaby Lame among the first digital content creators to transform viral social media influence into a near-billion-dollar commercial powerhouse, redefining the potential of creator-led business ventures in the 21st century.
