KARACHI: The US dollar rate in Pakistan further strengthened by Re0.12 (12 Paisa) against Pakistani rupee to Rs278.49 in the interbank market on Monday (June 11).as per the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of the Dollar in the open market, however, were Rs 277.7 and Rs 280.4 respectively.
The price of the Euro increased by 22 paisa to close at Rs 299.74 against the last day’s closing of Rs 299.52, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The Japanese Yen came down by 01 paisa and closed at Rs 1.76, whereas an increase of 32 paisa was witnessed in the exchange rate of the British Pound, which traded at Rs 354.36 as compared to the last day’s closing of Rs 354.04.
The exchange rate of the Emirates Dirham and the Saudi Riyal increased by 04 paisa each to close at Rs 75.82 and Rs 74.26.
