PMD issues dry weather outlook for today across Pakistan

Hot conditions in Sindh, windy spells expected in Islamabad and coastal areas.

Karachi: According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the weather across most parts of the country is expected to remain dry today, with temperatures gradually rising in several regions.

In Sindh, hot and dry conditions are likely to prevail in most districts. However coastal areas may experience strong winds after the afternoon, providing slight relief from the heat.

In Islamabad and its surrounding areas, the weather will remain dry and is expected to turn warm during the daytime. The Met Office has also forecast gusty winds in the capital later in the day, with the maximum temperature likely to reach around 31°C.

Meanwhile, Murree and the Galliyat region are also expected to witness dry weather throughout the day.

For Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, especially in the upper regions, the sky is likely to remain partly cloudy during the night.

Overall, the prevailing weather pattern suggests stable and dry conditions across the country, with occasional gusty winds expected in certain areas during the latter part of the day.
