The couple tied the knot in 2016, the same year they shared the screen in the critically acclaimed drama “Udaari,” a landmark project praised for courageously addressing child abuse. Their on-screen chemistry received widespread acclaim, with Urwa’s performance earning particular recognition.
Like many enduring partnerships, their journey was not without trials. The pair experienced a brief separation, which they navigated with remarkable dignity choosing restraint, respect, and silence over public scrutiny.
Subtle signs of reconciliation emerged around 2022, coinciding with the release of their film “Tich Button,” co-produced by Urwa. Though early public appearances were marked by visible distance, the speculation was finally laid to rest when the duo shared a festive Eid photograph in April 2023, quietly confirming their reunion.
In 2024, the couple stepped into a transformative new phase of life with the birth of their daughter, Jahan Ara a moment Farhan later described as instrumental in helping him rediscover his creative voice and emotional depth in music.
