Islamabad: Pakistan is actively engaged in a significant and ongoing effort to combat from terrorism, and does not allow any group to carry out terrorist attacks inside or outside the country.
During an interview with Indian journalist Karan Thapar, he stated that Pakistan did not permit any group to attack anywhere. Pakistan is fighting with the world's largest war against terrorism and has sacrificed approximately 92,000 lives.. He said that he does not want the youth of both countries to remain stuck in the past. He emphasized that the roots of terrorism in the Indian subcontinent are linked to Afghanistan’s history.
Bilawal Bhutto said that Pakistan has also been affected by terrorism; terrorist attacks continue in Pakistan this year as well, this year is the worst in Pakistan’s history regarding terrorism.

Bilawal expressed his desire that people remember the 2007 Samjhauta Express incident, in which 40 Pakistanis were killed on Indian soil.
He pointed out that India failed to deliver justice for those victims, and even the confessional statements of the accused were altered.
Bilawal clarified that the international community has acknowledged the steps taken by Pakistan to eliminate terrorism.

Later, Bilawal Bhutto said on X that we are not afraid to present our stance before the Indian public through Indian media.
He explained that he did not decide to give an interview to Indian media expecting a fair platform, but because he believes in the Indian people, especially the youth.
He wrote on X that the cause of peace in our region is not just Pakistan’s but a shared mission for both nations.
Bilawal expressed hope that the new generation of India and Pakistan can write a new destiny. We will be the generation that breaks the chains of the past, challenges warmongers, pessimists, and hate merchants.
The former foreign minister said that from terrorism to climate change and inequality, we will face the real challenges of our time together.
He concluded that our future will be defined not by past conflicts but by peaceful coexistence, cooperation, and prosperity.
