The Sindh government has announced that salaries and pensions for its employees will be paid early, with disbursements set for March 21.
A notification from the Sindh Finance Department confirmed that all government employees will receive their payments in advance to help them prepare for Eid-ul-Fitr.
According to SUPARCO, Eid is expected on March 31, but if Ramazan lasts 30 days, it will fall on April 1 (Tuesday). The final date will be confirmed by the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee after the moon sighting.
