KARACHI: Model and actress Nadia Hussain has issued a statement on Instagram regarding the ongoing fraud case involving her husband, Atif Khan, clarifying that she has no connection to the matter.
In her update, Nadia said, “By now, most of you must have learned about the case from the news, but I want to make it clear that I have no involvement in it.”
She further explained that she had obtained pre-arrest bail from the court, stating, “I took this step because I had no faith in the FIA and feared they might attempt to arrest me.”
Nadia emphasized, “I just want to say this publicly now — I have no link to this case; the only reason my name is being mentioned is because I am Atif Khan’s wife.”
Nadia Hussain elaborated an accusation has been leveled against his husband. “I am a public figure, and my name is being used to amplify this case. I have no involvement with my husband's work or his office”.
It's worth noting that Atif Mohammad Khan Nadia Hussain's husband, was recently arrested on charges of embezzling millions of rupees from a private bank. Nadia Hussain and Atif Khan married in 2003 and have four children.
