RAWALPINDI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) has suspended the non-bailable arrest warrant of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur.
Rawalpindi's Anti-Terrorism Court has suspended the ongoing arrest warrant in the case filed against Hasan Abdal of Ali Amin Gandapur.
Ali Amin Gandapur's lawyer Muhammad Faisal Malik filed an application to suspend the arrest warrant, stating that the Peshawar High Court has granted bail in all cases of Ali Amin Gandapur.
Ali Amin Gandapur's lawyer submitted the order of the Peshawar High Court in the court, after which the court suspended the non-bailable arrest warrant of Ali Amin Gandapur.
The anti-terrorism court also canceled the process of declaring Ali Amin Gandapur as proclaimed offender (PO).

Earlier, an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad declared Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur as proclaimed offender (PO) in vandalism and violation of Section 144 in federal capital.
The Anti-Terrorism Court has issued a written order to declare Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur as a Proclaimed Offender. Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra issued the written order.
In which he said that in the case registered in I-9 police station over vandalism and violation of Section 144 in the federal capital, Chief Minister KP has been declared as proclaimed offender while the case has been separated from other accused.
