NY court orders Sean Diddy's accuser to reveal identity otherwise lawsuit will be dismissed

A Jane Doe, who has accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault at a party two decades ago, has been ordered by a New York judge to reveal her identity. If she does not comply, her lawsuit will be dismissed, according to Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil of the Southern District. While acknowledging Doe's right to privacy, the judge stressed that legal action against a high-profile individual requires accountability.

The ruling comes shortly after Sean Diddy faced six new lawsuits, with attorney Tony Buzbee suggesting that as many as 100 more may follow. Judge Vyskocil stated that Doe, who filed anonymously, has chosen to “accuse a famous person of engaging in heinous conduct approximately twenty years ago” and claimed that several businesses were complicit. The judge ruled that Doe “has not carried her burden to show that she is entitled to” anonymity.

Doe has until November 13 to resubmit her lawsuit under her real name. Represented by Buzbee, who is also handling over 120 other lawsuits against Diddy related to sex trafficking and misconduct, the woman alleges that Diddy invited her and a friend to a private party, where he allegedly threatened them if they did not comply with his sexual demands.

Additionally, on October 30, Diddy faced a new allegation involving the assault of a 10-year-old boy in 2005, part of two lawsuits filed by Buzbee in Manhattan court. The plaintiff claims he was coerced into sexual acts under the pretense of an audition arranged by a consultant.
