In the ongoing case against Sean "Diddy" Combs, a new witness has come forward, claiming to have important information and evidence that supports the accusations against him.
The witness testified before a federal grand jury in Manhattan, while Diddy remains in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, awaiting his trial, which is set for May 5, 2025.
Attorney Ariel Mitchell shared with reporters that her unnamed client testified, claiming to have videos featuring celebrities who may have been harmed by Diddy.
According to CNN, Mitchell confirmed that the Department of Homeland Security first contacted this witness during the investigation. She stated, “My client was subpoenaed and has the evidence required to prove that her allegations against Diddy are true.”
The subpoena reportedly requested all digital records related to Diddy. The witness also mentioned she possesses unedited writings from Kim Porter, Diddy’s late ex-girlfriend and mother of four of his children. Mitchell suggested they plan to collaborate with Amazon to publish this material, although no timeline has been set.
Earlier this year, a book claiming to be Porter’s memoir was removed from Amazon after her children disputed its authenticity. Mitchell and her client are preparing for a separate hearing to submit this evidence to federal authorities.
