The Honda CG 125 is widely regarded as one of the most popular motorcycles in Pakistan. Recently, however, the oldest automaker in the country has been in the news due to various reports about price changes.
Numerous media sources have suggested that the prices for the CG125 and CD70 models have dropped significantly, attributing these reductions to the appreciation of the local currency.
According to these reports, the price of the Honda CG 125 was said to have decreased by Rs38,500, while the standard Honda 125 saw a reduction of Rs33,500.
Despite the extensive coverage, Honda has denied these claims, describing the information as inaccurate. As of 2024, the price for the Honda CG 125 remains at Rs234,900, with no reported increase since the previous year. For the Honda CG 125S (Self), the price is Rs292,900.
