The price of broiler chicken meat continues to fluctuate in Lahore, with a recent decrease of Rs 4 per kg.
This reduction sets the official price of chicken meat at Rs 595 per kg. The wholesale rate for live broiler chicken is now Rs 395 per kg, while the retail rate is Rs 410 per kg.
In addition to the changes in chicken prices, the cost of farm eggs has been adjusted. The price for a dozen farm eggs is now Rs 260, and the official wholesale rate for egg cartons has been set at Rs 7680.
These adjustments reflect the ongoing price changes in the poultry market, impacting both consumers and vendors.
