iPhone 16 PTA Approved vs Non-PTA Latest Prices in Pakistan- July 2025

As the world looks forward to the launch of the iPhone 17 in September, Apple’s iPhone 16 is still in demand and remains one of the most popular smartphone lineups in Pakistan.

With advanced features and top-notch performance, the latest iPhones continue to lead the premium smartphone market, although they come with a high price tag because of heavy import duties imposed by the PTA.

iPhone 16 Prices in Pakistan July 2025

Model	Non-PTA Price	PTA Approved Price
iPhone 16	₨ 289,999	₨ 389,999
iPhone 16 Pro	₨ 379,999	₨ 479,999

Prices may vary slightly depending on the retailer and stock availability. PTA-approved models are significantly costlier due to regulatory levies.

iPhone 16 PTA Taxes in Pakistan 2025

PTA taxes continue to push up the prices of imported smartphones. These are the official PTA tax rates for registering an iPhone 16 model in Pakistan:

Model	Tax (Passport)	Tax (CNIC)
iPhone 16	₨ 107,325	₨ 130,708
iPhone 16 Plus	₨ 113,075	₨ 137,033
iPhone 16 Pro	₨ 135,300	₨ 161,480
iPhone 16 Pro Max	₨ 148,500	₨ 176,000

Non-PTA devices are more affordable but come with limitations—primarily, they can’t access cellular networks in Pakistan unless registered.

For users relying on Wi-Fi only a non-PTA iPhone may still be a feasible option, but prices are quite attractive.
