KARACHI: The Sindh Home Department has issued rules and regulations for the collection of sacrificial skins.
Individuals and organizations must obtain permission from divisional commissioners and deputy commissioners to collect sacrificial skins.
The home department stated that commissioners and deputy commissioners will ensure only registered individuals and institutions are permitted to collect sacrificial skins.
Setting up camps and displaying banners will be prohibited, and there will be a complete restriction on using party flags and loudspeakers on vehicles.
The department emphasized that a permission letter from the relevant authorities will be mandatory for collecting hides. Strict action will be taken against violators and those carrying weapons from the 10th to the 12th of Zil Hajj.
