Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) has issued tickets to senior leaders Sheikh Rohail Asghar from NA-121 and Sardar Ayaz Sadiq from NA-120 while solving the problem of ticket distribution in major constituencies of Lahore.
Former Member of National Assembly Sohail Shaukat Butt decided to withdraw nomination papers from Constituency NA-120, after which tickets were issued to both leaders.
Sohail Shaukat Butt will now contest the election from the Provincial Assembly Constituency PP 151.
It should be remembered that the senior leaders of PML-N, Ayaz Sadiq and Rohail Asghar, had come face-to-face on the issue of the distribution of tickets in National Assembly Constituency NA 121 of Lahore.
Later, on January 10, the chief of PML-N and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif made peace between the party leaders Sheikh Rohail Asghar and Sardar Ayaz Sadiq.
Earlier, PML-N leaders from Khan Pur District Rahim Yar Khan joined Pakistan People Peoples Party (PPP) on Friday.Qamar ud Din Khan, son of former MPA Nawaz Khand rand of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and the former chairman of the committee, Mian Shehzad Anwar, supported by PML-N, has announced to join the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) in a meeting.
