The Alvida actor added, "I hope now that I have shared this screenshot of yours, you will not approach a woman like this ever again in your life!"
Sanam’s stance highlights the harassment many women face online. While such incidents often silence victims, the 37-year-old actor chose to speak up for herself and others who may be targeted next.
Known for addressing personal matters head-on, Sanam previously shut down false rumours about her marriage in 2021. "This rumour started because of a fan's comment on my Instagram post, and it's completely ridiculous," she clarified, assuring, "Alhamdullilah, we have an amazing family and are happily married."
Sanam urged people not to spread baseless claims, stating, "It is my sincere request to you all to not instigate such rumours without any factual knowledge."
