Adding a twist to the viral phenomenon, a social media user has even stepped forward, claiming to have designed this very note back in 2024, essentially admitting to crafting the convincing fake that has captivated the nation.
However, the SBP has moved quickly to quash the widespread misconception, issuing a definitive statement clarifying that the circulating image of the currency note is entirely false and fabricated.
