ISLAMABAD: The Judicial Magistrate of the District and Sessions Court approved a production seeking to produce Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and Co-Chairman Shah Mehmood and ordered them to be produced on April 20.
The Judicial Magistrate Mureed Abbas heard the parliament attack case against Imran Khan and others, in which the founder of PTI's lawyer Naeem Panjutha gave arguments.
An application was filed in the court for the production order of Founder PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi, while Naeem Panjutha argued that the Superintendent of Adiala Jail does not obey the order of any court.
On the arguments of Naeem Panjutha, the Judicial Magistrate said that the founder of PTI is in Adiala Jail and the situation is different, the option of the video link is there but the attendance takes place in the court.
Naeem Panjutha said that the court should order to present the PTI founder in the courtroom, the high court decided that the meeting with the political leader can be done via video link, the internet works in Adiala jail but only the case of the founder PTI does not work. Superintendent Adiala Jail is afraid to bring PTI fonder on the video link.

After the arguments of Naeem Panjutha, the court approved the production request of Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi and ordered to production the two leaders on April 20.
